PurpleDoor is operated by LLC "PURPLEDOOR". In this notice, “we”, “us” and “PurpleDoor” refer to this operator.

When you contact us through a form or email, we may receive your name, work email address, telephone number, company and role, together with the details you choose to include in your message.

If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica may process technical information such as cookie identifiers, browser and device information, pages viewed, interactions, referral source, and approximate location derived from network information.

3. Why we use it

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, discuss a potential collaboration, prepare proposals and, where relevant, take steps towards a contract. With your analytics choice, we use Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica to understand website performance and improve the site. With your separate advertising choice, we may use Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads to create audiences, measure campaigns and show or retarget advertising.

4. Cookies, analytics, Webvisor and advertising

The English-language website uses essential technical data to operate. Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica, including Webvisor, load only after you select “Analytics cookies” in the cookie settings. Before that choice, analytics cookies are not set.

Webvisor may create a session recording of activity on website pages to help us understand usability. Form fields and information typed into them must be excluded from Webvisor recordings when forms are added.

Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads may create audiences, measure campaigns and show or retarget advertising only after you separately select “Advertising cookies”. Before that choice, advertising cookies are not set and advertising audiences are not created.

You can withdraw or change either choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to handle the inquiry or the related business relationship, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
